The class is called ‘Feel Beautiful and Strong on the Inside'.
Class comprises four sections...

Full-body warm-up with stretches

Invigorating Yoga Breathing

Light exercises (fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders, ears, eyes, jaw, neck etc)

Gentle breathing and meditation.


Light. Love n’ Laughter

Seated Yoga-every Tuesday 10:00-11:00pm
